Laurence works as an organisational consultant in the areas of positive organisation culture, focusing on employee retention, engagement and wellbeing, through LEAN thinking and continuous improvement of business processes.

With 15 years managing and coaching technical teams, Laurence has developed a strong background in client account management and process development in a reverse logistics environment. More recently, she has helped SMEs in project management, recruitment, professional training, and to develop structures to prepare for business growth. 

​

Laurence holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Limerick and a Green Belt in Lean and Six Sigma from the Atlantic Technological University Sligo. Laurence has a committed interest in positive mental health in everyday life and in the workplace, and appreciates the benefits of exercise, spending time outside, human connections and friendships, and taking time out to rest, reset and recentre.

Joanna Kurylonska

Associate Certified Coach, MSc, ACC ICF

 

Every business needs a top talent, and this is where Joanna comes into play. Joanna assists individuals in achieving a better quality of life and navigating personal and professional challenges through her expertise in personal coaching.

 

Joanna is a certified and accredited coach with 19 years of experience supporting vulnerable adults in an organizational setting. Throughout her career, Joanna has developed expertise in support care, coaching, soft skills, personal development and well-being.

 

What sets Joanna apart is her innovative use of photography as a dynamic, unique, and creative tool to enhance the coaching process and empower others.

 

Joanna holds a master’s degree in Pedagogy, a Diploma in Business and Life Coaching, and an Advanced Diploma in Coaching. She is ICF ACC accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

 

Furthermore, Joanna serves as a coaching skills assessor for the Irish Life Coach Institute, Dublin, and coaches for the prominent international coaching platform BetterUp, while actively participating in the Atlantic Way Coaching Circle as a member.

 

Joanna has a positive and friendly personality, which allows her to create a safe, open and non-judgmental space conducive to fostering positive change.

Dynamic lecturer engaging students in subjects like engineering mathematics and industrial systems.  I enjoy hands-on activities through DIY projects and engineering work, combining creativity and technical skills.
